About the course
Providing employees and customers with efficient access to information is critical for meeting business objectives. Funnelback's Beginner Training provides the fundamentals for implementing highly effective search on your website(s). Using a hands-on approach, the training will provide practical methods in search results page customisation, creating and configuring web collections and implementing Contextual Navigation. This training is relevant for both hosted and installed Funnelback clients, and is ideal for new users or as a refresher.
Course details
Funnelback beginner training is a half day course that covers:
- Introduction to Funnelback and search concepts
- User interface (search form and results) customisation
- Contextual and faceted navigation
- Analysing users’ behaviour with search reporting and analytics tools
- Optimising your website for search
