Internet and Enterprise Search Company Funnelback Opens London Office
Internet and enterprise search company Funnelback Pty Ltd has announced that it has established Funnelback UK and opened an office in London.
The Funnelback UK office will service new and existing clients in the UK and Europe.
Funnelback UK is a joint venture between Funnelback and Squiz UK. Collectively, the Funnelback and Squiz Group employs over 200 people worldwide in offices in the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
A new Board of Directors for Funnelback UK has been established. It includes Mr. Brett Matson and Mr. Stuart Beil from Funnelback and Mr. Stephen Morgan from Squiz UK.
Mr. Morgan said, "Funnelback is a fully featured, high performance world class search technology that has already started to make an impact in the UK and Europe. We have signed up a number of new clients and Funnelback is being evaluated by many others."
"We are pitching a competitively priced hosted (SaaS) search service as well as an internal Enterprise search solution that focuses on solving the information discovery and search problems faced by our clients." said Mr. Morgan.
A number of Funnelback technical experts have been relocated to London to ensure that new and existing clients are delivered world class enterprise search solutions and support. Further recruitment of local technical experts is well underway to service the growing number of new Funnelback clients in the UK and Europe.
A new sales and account management team has also been hired.
